This is the natural trade-off of buying into a neighbourhood at the growth stage — historically, it is where the strongest appreciation occurs.

A car is essential — and the road in is steep
Crumpit Woods is accessed via a winding uphill road. It's not a neighbourhood you walk to from downtown, and winter conditions on the approach road can be challenging. AWD or 4WD vehicles are effectively a requirement. Buyers should also factor road maintenance and winterization into their planning, particularly for lots at higher elevations.
